Job summary

Drishti IAS seeks an Online Studio / Course Manager to coordinate end-to-end online course operations at the centre. You will bridge faculty, tech infra, and stakeholders to ensure sessions are scheduled, shot, and delivered seamlessly.

Responsibilities include managing daily live class schedules, ensuring studio readiness, and monitoring technical quality across audio, video, lighting, and connectivity. Knowledge of OBS/Zoom/YouTube Live is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Mass Comm / IT / Management preferred).
• 1–3 years’ experience in online education, EdTech ops, or media production.
• Familiarity with streaming tools (OBS, Zoom, YouTube Live).
• Proficiency in MS Excel Sheets for tracking.

• Maintain course-wise content trackers with the Online tech team and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the app/tech team for lecture categorisation and streaming, topic mapping, and content uploads.
• Manage studio assets — cameras, mics, lighting, OBS/streaming tools — and ensure regular maintenance.
