Job summary

Toprankers India is seeking a studio operations professional to manage day-to-day studio functions and coordinate with faculty, production teams, and other stakeholders for scheduled recordings and live sessions.

You will prepare the studio before every recording, operate and monitor audio, video, lighting and recording equipment, and ensure high-quality standards while maintaining inventory, safety, and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio systems, and video recording equipment.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and studio production workflows.
• Knowledge of video editing software is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage recording calendars, studio bookings, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with the post-production team for timely editing and delivery of recorded content.
• Maintain an inventory of studio equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming equipment.
• Ensure storage, organization, and backup of recorded files and media assets.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and compliance with guidelines.
• Assist faculty and presenters during recordings to ensure smooth session execution.
• Coordinate with Academic, Product, and Operations teams for content production requirements.
• Monitor live classes or webinars and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on studio utilization, recordings, and operations.
• Support implementation of new production processes and technologies to improve efficiency.
