Job summary

Toprankers is seeking a Studio Executive in India to manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth production for recordings and live sessions. The role involves coordinating with faculty, production teams, and stakeholders, preparing the studio setup, and monitoring audio, video, lighting, and recording equipment during shoots.

You will schedule calendars, manage bookings, and collaborate with post-production for timely edits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio systems, and video recording equipment.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and studio production workflows.
• Knowledge of video editing software is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming equipment.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and backup of recorded files and media assets.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational guidelines.
• Assist faculty and presenters during recordings to ensure smooth session execution.
• Coordinate with the Academic, Product, and Operations teams for content production requirements.
• Monitor live classes or webinars and resolve any technical issues promptly.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on studio utilization, recordings, and operational activities.
• Support the implementation of new production processes and technologies to improve studio efficiency.
