Job summary

Scroll The Web Solutions in Panchkula is seeking an Online Bidding specialist to fill our pipeline and connect with international clients. You will craft tailored proposals, respond to inquiries, and book discovery calls with the founder, while keeping CRM records up to date.

You will receive a fixed salary plus uncapped incentives on every client you bring in, with potential recurring commissions on retainers you source.

Qualifications

• Written English strong enough to sound like a US business owner
• Comfort speaking to overseas clients on video calls
• Willingness to learn how SEO works; curiosity required
• Ability to research a prospect's website before outreach
• Upwork/Freelancer bidding experience a plus for web/marketing agencies
• Exposure to SEO, Google Ads or web development sales helpful

We are an SEO and AI search optimization agency working with clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe. Niches include e-commerce, luxury hospitality, SaaS and local services. You will be the person who fills our pipeline.

What you'll do

• Write and send tailored proposals on Upwork and respond to Fiverr inquiries
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls with the founder
• Run cold email campaigns to US and UK prospects using our audit tooling
• Follow up on LinkedIn and by phone with warm prospects
• Maintain the CRM so no lead goes cold

What we need

• Written English strong enough that a US business owner can't tell where the email came from
• Comfort speaking to overseas clients on video calls
• Willingness to learn how SEO actually works. You will be trained, but you must be curious
• Ability to research a prospect's website before writing to them
• Nice to have: Prior Upwork or Freelancer bidding experience for a web or marketing agency
• Familiarity with Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead or similar
• Any exposure to SEO, Google Ads or web development sales
