Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation for US market.
Hands-on experience with email marketing automation tools.
Experience with lead sourcing tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha.
Strong knowledge of email deliverability and inbox management.
Excellent written English and US business tone.
Proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive.
Willing to work night shifts aligned to US hours.
Self-driven, target-oriented, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Build targeted prospect/email lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data sources.
Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns and cold outreach.
Manage email deliverability, domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
Run and optimize campaigns using marketing automation tools.
A/B test email copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
Track metrics: open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, conversions.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments/demos for sales team.
Ensure CAN-SPAM Act compliance and US email regulations.
Coordinate with sales & marketing to refine targeting and messaging.

We are hiring an experienced Email Lead Generation Specialist to drive B2B lead generation campaigns for our US-based clients. If you have hands-on experience with cold email outreach, marketing automation tools, and generating qualified leads we'd love to talk to you!

For the full-time office position, we strongly prefer candidates who are currently residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby areas and can conveniently commute to our office in CBD Belapur.

Key Responsibilities

Build targeted prospect/email lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io
Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns and cold outreach sequences
Manage email deliverability domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, inbox rotation
Run and optimize campaigns using marketing automation tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, Apollo, Mailshake, Woodpecker)
A/B test email copy, subject lines & CTAs to boost open & reply rates
Track campaign performance: open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, conversions
Qualify leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM Act & US email marketing regulations
Coordinate with sales & marketing team to refine targeting and messaging

Required Skills

3-5 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation / Email Marketing for US market
