Job summary

Arkareers in Pune is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding, joining documentation and HRMS data updates. You will coordinate induction, BGV, and statutory paperwork, and handle exits with relieving letters. Strong documentation and coordination skills are essential.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years’ HR Operations experience, with a focus on onboarding, BGV and exit management. Immediate joiners preferred; male candidates only. Location: Viman Nagar, Pune.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant HR Operations / Onboarding experience.
• Strong exposure to Onboarding, BGV, HRMS and Exit Management.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Experience: 46 Years

CTC: 5–7 LPA Fixed

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred ( 6th Oct 2026 joining date)
