Job summary

Klimb.io seeks an experienced Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for US outpatient clinics in Pune. You will manage multiple clinic implementations, data migration, billing configuration, and client training to ensure go-live readiness and post-launch support.

You will use strong PM and communication skills to coordinate with US clients and internal teams, covering EMR/EHR, billing, and RCM workflows including CPT/ICD-10 and denials.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in implementation management or related fields.
• At least 2 years independently managing end-to-end client implementations.
• Experience managing 15+ client projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare tech: EMR/EHR, practice management, or RCM.
• Data migration, validation, and reconciliation using advanced Excel; basic SQL.
• Excellent English communication with US-based clients.
• Familiarity with Jira and PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Rocketlane, or GUIDEcx.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to work onsite in Pune with US-hours overlap.

• Track risks, dependencies, and issues using PM tools.
• Maintain clear communication with US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Drive timely issue resolution and smooth transition from onboarding to operations.

The role involves managing multiple clinic implementations simultaneously, ensuring smooth data migration, billing configuration, client training, go-live readiness, and post-launch support. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with US healthcare EMR/EHR, practice management, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms, along with excellent project management and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation of US-based outpatient healthcare clinics on EMR/EHR, billing, and RCM platforms.
• Handle approximately 15 clinic implementations in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and successful go-live.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, define implementation plans, and track project milestones.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation using advanced Excel and basic SQL.
• Configure billing workflows, practice settings, and related system requirements.
• Ensure a strong understanding of the US medical billing cycle, including insurance eligibility, CPT/ICD-10 coding, claims submission (837), Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA/835), and denial management.
• Conduct client training, manage go-live readiness, and provide post-implementation support during the hypercare phase.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues using project management tools.
• Maintain clear communication with US-based clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Drive timely issue resolution and ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing operations.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in implementation management, project management, or business analysis, preferably within US healthcare technology.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience independently managing end-to-end client implementations.
• Proven experience managing 15 or more client projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare EMR/EHR, practice management, or RCM systems.
• Good knowledge of US medical billing workflows, including eligibility verification, CPT/ICD-10, claims (837), ERA (835), and denials.
• Experience in data migration, data validation, and reconciliation using advanced Excel; basic SQL knowledge is required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with US-based clients.
• Familiarity with Jira and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Rocketlane, or GUIDEcx.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Pune and accommodate US-hours overlap.
