Job summary

Shalina Healthcare in Navi Mumbai is seeking a procurement assistant to handle PR to PO processing and ensure timely conversion of requisitions into orders. You will coordinate with LLU teams and support CQA and Regulatory Affairs for procurement needs.

You will manage AVD-related activities, maintain procurement documentation, and help close procurement tasks by coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• MS Excel proficiency with functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF.
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle PR to PO processing, ensuring timely and accurate conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
• Coordinate with LLU teams and ensure timely follow-ups for procurement-related requirements.
