Job summary

Stellar Formulations in India is seeking a maintenance engineer to oversee HVAC, water treatment, and plant utilities, ensuring uninterrupted operation of boilers, chillers, steam systems, and ETP. You will coordinate preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance and support commissioning and qualification of new equipment in line with cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for handling HVAC, water treatment plant, compressed air, handling of boiler /chiller/air compressor & ETP and pharmaceutical machinery, repairs and maintenance.
• Handling BMS systems, handling PLCs and DQ, IQ and PQ. Keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, requesting special services.
• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment and modifications in existing systems
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
• Prepare and maintain all maintenance-related documentation as per cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of plant utilities like water systems, HVAC, compressed air etc.
• Maintain logbooks, maintenance records, calibration records, and change controls.
• Mechanical maintenance of IBR boilers, chillers, steam distribution systems, condensers, heat exchangers, and dehumidifiers.
