Job summary

BK Talent Acquisition And Advisory is seeking an EHS professional to implement and monitor safety norms on site in Gujarat. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory rules and ISO standards, maintaining records, and driving safety culture among workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities include hazard elimination, incident reporting, permit systems, and organizing safety programs to improve awareness and housekeeping across company premises.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EHS norms per rules and ISO standards.
• Strong Hazard identification and risk reduction capabilities.
• Maintains records and prepares safety guidelines for activities.

• Achieve EHS goals and maintain related records.
• Monitor EHS performance in company premises.
• Prepare and maintain records w.r.t ISO 14001 & 45001.
• Identify and eliminate hazards.
• Maintain EHS checklists for process parameters.
• Keep EHS-related documents up to date.
• Implement various work permit systems.
• Maintain records of accidents, incidents and near misses, HIRA & Aspect-Impact.
• Ensure PPES usage follow-up.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Deliver safety education, awareness and culture building.
• Organize safety programs and activities for awareness and motivation.
• Prepare safety guidelines for different activities for workers and supervisors.

• Prepare & maintain records wrt ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.

• Maintain EHS Checklist for various process parameters.
• Maintain records of EHS related documents.
• Implement various work permit systems.
• Maintain record of accident, incident & near miss, HIRA & Aspect-Impact Register.
• Ensuring follow-up of PPES use.
• Maintaining high standards in House Keeping.
• Safety education, awareness & culture building.
• Organize Safety related programs and activities for awareness & motivation.
• Preparation of Safety guidelines of different activities for workers and supervisors.
