The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, a graduation in Sales and Marketing, and expertise in MIS Excel to support robust reporting and retention strategies.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end policy issuance for assigned pending cases & Billdesk payment collected cases.
• Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation and query resolution.
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, claims, operations and other internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Maintain & timely publish accurate MIS of pendency, Billdesk collected, 1UP pending cases report etc.
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and customer service orientation.
