Job summary

PeopleStrong in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, seeks a QC Analyst to perform analytical testing of RM chemicals in the quality control lab and manage data entry in LabWare LIMS. The candidate will ensure SOP compliance, proper sample handling and documentation, and support audits.

Responsibilities include sample collection, standard preparation, data entry, and instrument maintenance to uphold GMP standards in the lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Respective analytical data entry in LabWare LIMS/logbook (if required).
• Conduct contemporaneous analytical activity in LabWare LIMS.
• Sampling and preparation of Working Standard.
• Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, and indicators.
• Send raw material samples for outside testing and receive reports from external labs.
• Assist in internal and external audit preparation.
• Ensure cleaning of instruments/equipment and GMP practices in QC.

Job description

• Collect relevant samples as per specification as required for testing and after completion of work, place the sample on designated area/place.
• Analysis of RM chemicals samples in quality control laboratory as per respective SOP’s and Specifications.
• Performing the analytical activity in LabWare LIMS as assign roll.
• Respective analytical data entry in LabWare LIMS/logbook (if required).
• To perform contemporaneous analytical activity in LabWare LIMS.
• Sampling and preparation of Working Standard.
• Preparation and Standardization of volumetric solution, reagent solution, Indicator Solution.
• Sending raw material samples for outside Testing & Receiving the Data and reports from outside Lab.
• Responsible for any Internal & External Audit preparation.
• Ensure cleaning of the instruments/Equipment before and after operation during respective analysis.
• Assist to any OOS/Incident & Non Compliance result related to RM Samples.
• Ensure safety, good documentation practices and GMP (Laboratories Control) in QC.
• Management of control sample as per respective SOP and to perform task as per Lab Ware LIMS role.
• To ensure proper handling ,take care and Cleaning of KF, Polarimeter, FTIR, & RI instruments/Equipment’s.
• Handling of working standard/impurity standard/reference standard/ primary standard as per respective procedure.
• Analytical activities/ work assigned by Supervisor/ Head QC and designee.
