Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking a laboratory professional to perform sampling and instrumental/chemical analysis across RM, in-process, intermediate, finished and stability samples.

You will calibrate QC instruments such as HPLC and GC, maintain lab operations per GLP/GMP, and conduct wet analyses (water content, IR, UV, ash, potentiometric assays).

Qualifications

• Sampling and analytical testing of RM, in-process, finished products.
• Calibration and maintenance of QC instruments.
• Adherence to GLP and GMP in laboratory operations.
• Knowledge of HPLC and GC analyses.

Responsibilities

• Sampling and analysis; review results for compliance.
• Calibrate instruments; ensure data integrity.
• Maintain GLP/GMP compliant laboratory environment.
• Conduct wet chemistry analyses (water content, ash, etc.).

Job description

Responsible for sampling and Instrumental/chemical analysis of RM, In-Process, Intermediate, Finished product, Cleaning samples, Validation samples, Market samples and Stability samples.

Responsible to perform the calibration of instrument/equipment available in Quality Control laboratory.

Maintain the laboratory as per GLP and GMP System.

Sampling, Analysis, and review of raw material/packing material, Wet analysis i.e., water content, IR, UV, LOD, Assay by potentiometry, Sulphated ash etc, finished goods sampling, working on HPLC & GC instrument.
