Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a skilled QC analyst to perform sampling and instrumental analysis across raw materials, in-process, and finished products. You will calibrate laboratory equipment, ensure GLP/GMP compliance, and maintain thorough documentation.

You will conduct wet chemistry tests and operate HPLC and GC instruments, with a focus on data integrity and accurate results within a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sampling and analysis of RM, in-process, finished product and stability samples.
• Calibration of laboratory instruments and verification of instrument performance.
• Knowledge of GLP and GMP systems and GMP-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and instrumental/chemical analyses on various sample types.
• Calibrate instruments and maintain calibration records in QC lab.
• Conduct wet analysis (water content, LOD, ash) and run HPLC/GC analyses.
• Review and ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance with GLP/GMP.

Job description

Responsible for sampling and Instrumental/chemical analysis of RM, In-Process, Intermediate, Finished product, Cleaning samples, Validation samples, Market samples and Stability samples.

Responsible to perform the calibration of instrument/equipment available in Quality Control laboratory.

Maintain the laboratory as per GLP and GMP System.

Sampling, Analysis, and review of raw material/packing material, Wet analysis i.e., water content, IR, UV, LOD, Assay by potentiometry, Sulphated ash etc, finished goods sampling, working on HPLC & GC instrument.
