Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking a QC Analyst to perform sampling and instrumental/chemical analyses across raw materials, in-process, intermediates, and finished products. The role includes instrument calibration and maintaining GLP/GMP compliance within the QC lab.

The candidate will work with wet analyses such as water content, IR, UV, LOD, potentiometry, sulfated ash, and HPLC/GC techniques, ensuring accurate documentation of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on experience with QC sampling and instrumental analyses.
• Familiarity with GLP and GMP in a laboratory setting.
• Proficient in reporting and documentation of analytical results.

Responsibilities

• Sampling and instrumental/chemical analysis of RM, IP, finished products, and stability samples.
• Calibration of instruments/equipment in QC laboratory.
• Maintain laboratory GLP/GMP compliant operations and documentation.
• Wet analysis (water content, IR, UV, LOD, potentiometric assay, sulphated ash) and HPLC/GC analyses.

Job description

Responsible for sampling and Instrumental/chemical analysis of RM, In-Process, Intermediate, Finished product, Cleaning samples, Validation samples, Market samples and Stability samples.

Responsible to perform the calibration of instrument/equipment available in Quality Control laboratory.

Maintain the laboratory as per GLP and GMP System.

Sampling, Analysis, and review of raw material/packing material, Wet analysis i.e., water content, IR, UV, LOD, Assay by potentiometry, Sulphated ash etc, finished goods sampling, working on HPLC & GC instrument.
