Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Gujarat, India, is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to handle sampling and instrumental/chemical analyses across RM, in-process, finished product, and stability samples. You will calibrate QC lab instruments, maintain GLP and GMP compliance, and perform wet analysis including water content, LOD, ash, and potentiometric assays using HPLC & GC.

This role demands meticulous data review and adherence to quality standards to ensure reliable testing across stages.

Qualifications

• Experience in sampling and analysis of RM, IP, finished goods and stability samples.
• Calibrate instruments in QC laboratory and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to GLP and GMP systems in the laboratory.
• Perform wet analysis including water content, LOD and ash; potentiometry assays.

Responsibilities

• Sampling, Analysis, and review of raw material/packing material, finished goods.
• Operate HPLC & GC instruments for analytical testing.
• Calibration of laboratory instruments and maintenance of records.

Job description

Responsible for sampling and Instrumental/chemical analysis of RM, In-Process, Intermediate, Finished product, Cleaning samples, Validation samples, Market samples and Stability samples.

Responsible to perform the calibration of instrument/equipment available in Quality Control laboratory.

Maintain the laboratory as per GLP and GMP System.

Sampling, Analysis, and review of raw material/packing material, Wet analysis i.e., water content, IR, UV, LOD, Assay by potentiometry, Sulphated ash etc, finished goods sampling, working on HPLC & GC instrument.
