Job summary

Miju Components is seeking a quality assurance candidate in Maharashtra to monitor inprocess inspection daily and support NPD as a CFT member. You’ll manage IPRP documentation, conduct daily quality meetings, and drive corrective actions with the team.

Your role includes analyzing quality issues with the CFT, tracking internal rejections, and overseeing 4M changes and their evidence. You will also prepare inspection and packing guidelines and perform product/process audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in rubber industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret quality data and reports.
• Good communication and teamwork in a cross-functional setup.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Inprocess Inspection on a daily basis.
• Assist NPD as a CFT team member.
• Responsible for IPRP documents (e.g., stricter In process inspection).
• Conduct daily quality meetings and highlight daily issues with proper actions.
• Analyze quality issues with help of CFT.

• As 4M Controller monitor 4M changes with Inprocess inspection and maintain evidences.

• 1 The monitoring of Inprocess Inspection daily basis.
• 2 Responsible for activity of NPD as CFT team member
• 3 Responsible for IPRP documents (i.e. stricter In process inspection etc.)
• 4 Conduct daily quality meetings and highlight the daily issues in the same with the proper actions.
• 5 Analysis of any quality issue raise with help of CFT.
• 6 Monitor Internal rejections.
• 7 As 4M Controller monitor the 4M change with Inprocess inspection and maintain the evidences Of it.
