Role & responsibilities

• To co-ordinate and verify the implementation and maintenance of the Quality management System requirements as per ISO 9001: 2015 in the Company
• To review non-conformances reported in the audits and where required, decide corrective actions in consultation with the concerned departmental heads and verification for confirmation of implementation.
• To organize Management Review Meetings.
• Approval of B/O items & Inspection Reports.
• To Co-ordinate with Registrar.
• The Director (Manufacturing) will take the responsibilities of M.R. in his absence.
• Preparation of Quality Plans
• Co-ordinate with approving agencies such as BIS, CIPET.
• Disposition of non-conforming products.
• Identify statistical techniques to be applied.
• Assist Purchase in Vendor Development.
• Develop products as required by Marketing under guidance of Director Manufacturing.
• Provide proper quality documents and control plans for achieving the right quality.
• Provide marketing inputs related to product quality, functions, etc.
• To handle & monitor customer complaints with regard to product quality.

Authorities

• Approval of BIS Corresponds, CIPET Corresponds, GGRCL Corresponds & Finance Corresponds
• Approval of B/O items & Inspection Reports.
• Approval of Trial testing Protocols.
• Approval of Quality Plan for in process inspection & Final Inspection.
