Job summary

Intas Pharmaceuticals SEZ Plant is seeking a qualified maintenance professional to oversee system operations for critical utilities, including HVAC, WFI, and pure steam, ensuring compliant and reliable manufacturing.

You will perform routine maintenance, document SOPs/logs, troubleshoot issues to prevent delays, and assist with installation and validation of new equipment under IQ/OQ protocols. This role requires 4–10 years of experience and BE/MTech/ME qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 10 years.
• Qualification: ME/MTech/BE/BTech.
• Regulatory compliance experience (USFDA, cGMP) in pharma manufacturing is required.
• Ability to write SOPs, logs and reports.

• Maintenance: Perform routine checks, fix breakdowns, and plan regular servicing to prevent equipment failure.

• Documentation: Write SOPs, logs, and reports for all maintenance and operational activities.
• Troubleshooting: Solve technical problems quickly to avoid production delays.
• Projects: Help install, test, and validate new utility equipment (IQ/OQ layouts).

• Troubleshooting: Solve technical problems quickly to avoid production delays.
• Projects: Help install, test, and validate new utility equipment (IQ/OQ/OQ protocols).

Preferred Candidate Profile: -

• Required Experience: - 4 to 10 Years
• Required Qualification: - M.E./M.Tech./B.E./B.Tech.
