Officer - Executive - Nasal Derma MDI and DPI

The Officer / Executive – Nasal, Derma, MDI and DPI will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production or packing activities for specialized dosage forms including nasal, dermatology, metered dose inhaler, and dry powder inhaler products. This requires knowledge of GMP, batch documentation, process monitoring, line clearance, and cross‑functional coordination. The candidate will ensure smooth execution, compliance, quality output, and timely completion of assigned manufacturing or packing operations.

• Supervise daily operations for nasal, derma, MDI, and DPI production or packing activities.
• Ensure all activities are performed as per approved SOPs, GMP standards, and batch records.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production resources for assigned batches.
• Monitor critical process parameters, filling accuracy, packing quality, yield, and productivity.
• Verify equipment readiness, area cleanliness, material availability, and line clearance before startup.
• Review batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, logbooks, and checklists for accuracy.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, warehouse, engineering, and maintenance teams for smooth batch execution.
• Investigate process deviations, equipment breakdowns, rejection trends, and yield variations.
• Train operators and associates on SOPs, GMP, safety practices, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and movement of products, components, and materials.
• Maintain compliance with contamination control, hygiene, safety, and regulatory expectations.
• Support validation, qualification, audit, and inspection readiness activities when required.
• Prepare shift reports, batch status updates, production summaries, and performance reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce downtime, wastage, and operational errors.
• Drive quality-focused execution while meeting production timelines and departmental targets.
