Job description

The Associate – Filling – Nasal and Derma will be responsible for supporting filling operations for nasal and dermatology pharmaceutical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This involves operating filling equipment, monitoring process parameters, handling materials, maintaining documentation, and following GMP, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards. The candidate should have practical production knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to support timely and quality-focused batch execution.

• Operate filling machines and related equipment for nasal and dermatology products as per SOPs.
• Support filling activities for creams, gels, ointments, sprays, liquids, or semi-solid dosage forms as applicable.
• Verify product, batch details, equipment readiness, and line clearance before starting operations.
• Monitor filling parameters such as fill volume, weight, speed, sealing, leakage, and product appearance.
• Record production data, machine readings, batch details, and operational observations accurately.
• Follow GMP, hygiene, safety, and contamination control practices during all filling activities.
• Assist in equipment cleaning, area cleaning, setup, changeover, and line clearance activities.
• Report machine breakdowns, filling variation, leakage, product defects, or process deviations to supervisors.
• Handle bulk products, containers, closures, and components carefully to avoid mix-ups or contamination.
• Coordinate with QA, production, warehouse, and maintenance teams during batch execution.
• Support in-process checks and ensure filled products meet defined quality requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and housekeeping in the filling area.
• Follow PPE requirements and safe operating practices while handling equipment and materials.
• Minimize product loss, downtime, rejection, and operational errors during assigned shifts.
• Complete assigned filling activities within planned timelines and quality standards.
