The candidate will work hands-on with genset controllers (DSE/Sedemac), EC tools (ETAS INCA, NIRA), and power analyzers, ensuring thorough documentation and robust testing processes.

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring and diagnosing genset controllers (DSE, Sedemac).
• Ability to perform failure analysis and write technical reports.
• Strong understanding of diesel and gas engine mechanics.
• Experience with measurement, calibration, and diagnostics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble gensets, conduct laboratory testing, and generate final test reports.
• Configure and troubleshoot genset controllers, document results.
• Track and close AFR/TFRs and maintain test records.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced candidate to work on the Genset laboratory testing for our Diesel and Gas Generator product lines. This role demands a hands‑on engineer who will be doing the genset assembly ,testing and final report release. Tracking & closure of the AFR/TFRs.

• Genset Controllers: Extensive, hands-on configuration and diagnostic experience with Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) and Sedemac genset controllers. AVR optimization
• Engine Management Tools: Proficiency in using ETAS INCA for measurement, calibration, and diagnostics, as well as NIRA systems,Power analyzers,
• System Knowledge: Deep understanding of diesel and gas engine mechanics, alternators, governing systems, and electrical load management.
• Failure Analysis: Proven track record of independently driving RCAs and writing technical engineering reports.
