Job summary

Kirloskar Industries Limited seeks an experienced Genset laboratory engineer to lead assembly, testing and final report release for our Diesel and Gas Generator product lines. The role requires hands-on work and close tracking of AFR/TFR closures.

You will configure and diagnose genset controllers, use ETAS INCA and other measurement tools, and develop technical reports including RCAs. A strong grasp of diesel and gas engines, alternators, and load management is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assembling, testing and releasing final test reports for gensets.
• Experience with DSE and Sedemac genset controllers.
• Proficiency in using ETAS INCA for measurement, calibration and diagnostics.
• Deep understanding of diesel and gas engine mechanics, alternators, governing systems and load management.
• Proven ability to perform RCAs and document engineering reports.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to work on the Genset laboratory testing for our Diesel and Gas Generator product lines. This role demands a hands-on engineer who will be doing the genset assembly, testing and final report release. Tracking closure of? the AFR/TFRs.

• Genset Controllers: Extensive, hands-on configuration and diagnostic experience with Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) and Sedemac genset controllers.? AVR optimization?
• Engine Management Tools: Proficiency in using ETAS INCA for measurement, calibration, and diagnostics, as well as NIRA systems, Power analyzers,?
• System Knowledge: Deep understanding of diesel and gas engine mechanics, alternators, governing systems, and electrical load management.
• Failure Analysis: Proven track record of independently driving RCAs and writing technical engineering reports.
