Job summary

Netafim is hiring a field service technician to install, operate and maintain Digital Farming Systems at customer sites across the Delhi region. You will troubleshoot electrical and system issues, ensure efficient irrigation and fertigation aligned with crop needs, and train farmers and dealers on DFS usage.

The role requires a Diploma/ITI or technical degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Agriculture Engineering, willingness to work in the field, and own a two-wheeler with valid license.

Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or technical degree in Electrical, Electronics, Agriculture Engineering, or related field.
• Basic electrical systems, wiring, and field installation knowledge.
• Willingness to work in field assignments and customer sites.
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain Digital Farming Systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical and system issues and provide on-ground technical support.
• Ensure efficient irrigation and fertigation operations aligned with crop requirements.
• Guide farmers on irrigation/fertigation schedules and best practices.
• Train customers, dealers, and internal staff on usage, benefits, and maintenance of DFS solutions.
• Generate and maintain AMC agreements with existing customers.
