Responsibilities

• Ensure zero tolerance on security aspects while providing high-performance infrastructure.
• Drive the Digital Payments growth story across India and beyond.
• Own asset life management of all endpoints of NPCI and its subsidiaries, including requirement analysis, technical analysis, purchase requisition, stock management, allocation to end users, AMC, write‑off/scrap of old assets, and management of inventory.
• Manage DHCP, DNS, Smart DNS, Active Directory servers and applications.
• Ensure up-to-date patch management of all office IT servers.
• Own Wi‑Fi management and related systems; appliance‑based Wi‑Fi systems experience is required.
• Manage email infrastructure with Microsoft 365 and on‑premises email security; Azure AD knowledge is essential.
• Operate security agents, patch management, and maintain comprehensive dashboards for new and existing endpoints.
• Support Ubuntu, Mac OS, and Windows OS endpoints, including security compliance of National Critical Infrastructure.
• Utilize ticketing software, asset management software, drive encryption techniques, and endpoint security agents.
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, vendors, and OEMs for smooth department functioning.
• Lead team management across various locations.
• Develop dashboards for asset lifecycle, end‑of‑service (EOS), and end‑of‑life (EOL) of office IT servers and applications; create process‑oriented SOPs, address audit observations for closure, conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA), and maintain turnaround time (TAT) for all office IT activities.
• Good‑to‑have: Exposure to AI for building solutions to day‑to‑day operations and implementation of automation techniques.
