We are looking for a skilled and proactive Odoo Tech Lead to guide our development team in building scalable and high-quality Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to oversee module development, code reviews, performance tuning, and seamless integrations. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and successful deployment of ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Odoo developers
• Design and develop new Odoo modules and customize existing ones based on client requirements
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and version control workflows
• Coordinate technical architecture and project planning with functional and project teams
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs and connectors
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
• Support system upgrades, data migration, and deployment activities
• Review technical documentation, system performance, and delivery quality
• Provide technical insights in solution design and client discussions

Must Have

• 2–4 years of strong technical experience in Odoo ERP development
• In-depth knowledge of Python, XML, Odoo ORM, QWeb, PostgreSQL
• Experience working with Linux server environments and Git
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Nice to have

• Experience in performance optimization and DevOps workflows
• Exposure to Odoo Enterprise and Community editions
• Knowledge of micro-integrations, Odoo Sh, and cloud deployment
• Odoo certification is a plus
