Job summary

KAVI SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an Odoo Tech Lead to drive architecture, development, and delivery for enterprise projects in a dynamic Chennai-Tamil Nadu setup.

You will design scalable Odoo solutions, lead integrations with APIs and third-parties, and mentor a team of developers while ensuring security and performance standards.

Required is 8+ years of Odoo experience with strong Python/DB/ERP process knowledge and hands-on leadership in cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on Odoo.
• Strong expertise in Odoo Community & Enterprise.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep knowledge of Odoo ORM, framework, security, workflows, and custom modules.
• Extensive experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• ERP processes knowledge: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in mentoring teams and code/architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with ExternalE-Commerce Platforms, IOT,WhatsAppBusiness API, payment gateways, and mobile app integrations.
• Experience with SaaS andmulti-company implementations.
• Knowledge of Generative AItechnologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other large language model(LLM) platforms.
• Experience developing AI-drivenbusiness workflows, chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutionswithin Odoo.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors/Masters degree inComputer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
