Job description

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in ERP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Odoo functional workflows and ERP business processes.
• Understanding of competitive ERP functionalities and business process optimization.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo ERP workflows.
• Knowledge of Odoo Enterprise Edition modules.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, workflows, and security.
• Ability to develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Experience in customizing existing Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Ability to develop and customize Odoo Controllers (HTTP / JSON routes) for websites.

Frontend & Reporting

• Experience with XML, QWeb, and Odoo templating reports.

Integration & Data Management

• Experience handling data import and export processes.
• Ability to build API integrations between Odoo and third-party systems.
• Experience handling data migration in Odoo systems.
• Ability to debug and resolve technical issues in Odoo applications.
• Experience performing code reviews, testing, and optimization.
• Ability to write technical documentation for developed features.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.

Deployment & DevOps

• Understanding of Git version control systems.
• Knowledge of server hosting and deployment processes.
• Experience working with Odoo.sh for development and deployment.
