• Develop and Customize Odoo Modules: Design and implement new modules, customizations, and workflows tailored to specific business requirements.
• Integration with Third-party Applications: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and third-party applications to extend Odoo's functionality.
• Optimize Performance: Analyze and optimize Odoo instances to ensure smooth operations, including troubleshooting issues and providing technical support.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and ensure project success.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ experience in Odoo development.
• Customization and Development: Strong experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
• Database Management: Solid understanding of database structures and queries, especially in PostgreSQL.
• API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating Odoo with external applications.
• Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
