• Develop, customize, test, and maintain high-quality applications and modules within the Odoo ecosystem.
• Design, review, and optimize code to ensure functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers using Git/GitHub for version control and project collaboration.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and ORM concepts for efficient database design and management.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure seamless system performance and integration.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and development planning activities.
• Contribute to open-source projects and stay updated with the latest Odoo and technology trends.
• Strategize and execute development processes to deliver optimized business solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Back-End Development

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Object Relational Mapping (ORM).
• Expertise in Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
• Understanding of the Odoo framework, module development, and customization.
• Familiarity with PHP and open-source development environments will be an added advantage.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Expertise We’d Love to See
