Job summary

Maersk in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Team Lead - Tender & Contract Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for end-to-end Quote-to-Contract execution. You will partner with Sales, Product, CSP, and Operations to drive customer outcomes and operational excellence.

With 10+ years in tender/contract roles and a proven leadership track record, you will guide governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Tender Management, Contract Management, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 15+ employees.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, or transformation initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tender & Contract Management professionals.
• Own end-to-end tender and contract execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and TAT compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Product, CSP, and Operations teams to support customer and commercial objectives.
• Drive operational performance through strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve customer outcomes by reducing defects, disputes, and process inefficiencies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and best-practice sharing.
