Job summary

hoola health in India is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Developmental Therapies team. You will assess sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and design personalized therapy plans to support a child’s daily living and learning.

Collaborate with parents and a multidisciplinary team of speech therapists, pediatricians, psychologists, and educators to empower families and track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy: BOT/MOT pathway as listed.
• Experience in pediatric OT and sensory integration.
• Strong observation and documentation abilities.

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our expanding Developmental Therapies team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, and functional independence in children.You will play a vital role in assessing developmental challenges, designing personalized therapy programs, and empowering families to support their child’s progress in everyday life.

• Education: BOT: Minimum 4 years of experience, or MOT: 0–2 years of experience
• Skills: Expertise in pediatric occupational therapy and sensory integration
• Strong observational and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Empathy, creativity, and a passion for working with children

roles and responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance the child’s functional independence in self-care, play, and school activities.
• Use play-based, child-friendly approaches to improve coordination, balance, handwriting, and sensory regulation.
• Address challenges such as

• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create home programs that reinforce therapy goals.
