Maruti Suzuki is seeking an NVH CAE Engineer to lead low and mid-frequency vehicle NVH analysis. The role involves predicting vibration behavior, generating wheel center forces and mount forces, and supporting downstream NVH simulations across the vehicle chassis.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of NVH, RLDA, body/chassis systems, and proficiency with ADAMS, HyperMesh, NASTRAN, MATLAB, and Python. Collaboration and clear reporting are essential for design reviews.
Vehicle NVH Analysis (0-600 Hz): Predict vibration behavior; analyze
Force Transfer & NVH Load Generation: Generate Wheel Center Forces; extract engine/transmission mount forces; analyze transfer paths; support downstream NVH simulations.
Correlation & Reporting: Correlate CAE with test data; prepare reports and recommendations; support design reviews.
Strong knowledge in NVH, RLDA, and body / chassis systems.
Proficiency in ADAMS (vehicle/chassis modeling), Hypermesh /NASTRAN /MATLAB, Python., SEA
