Job summary

Superfoods Valley is seeking a qualified Nutritionist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to lead personalized nutrition consultations and help design an AI-led model. You will work with the Head of Nutrition and co-founders, shaping our wellness solutions for Indian families.

You will design diet plans, educate clients, and collaborate on AI tool development and affiliate expansion with healthcare professionals. Bengaluru-based role, on-site with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in clinical nutrition, wellness coaching, or client diet counselling.
• Strong understanding of dietary planning and weight management techniques.
• Experience in a wellness startup, health tech, or digital consultation environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one online nutrition consultations and design personalized diet plans.
• Provide weight management counselling and follow-up support.
• Educate clients on healthy eating habits and food swaps.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Nutritionist with 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience who can help us build

• A personalized & AI led nutrition consultation model
• Scale up our affiliate channel
• Provide science support for brand & innovation

In this role, you will work directly with Head of Nutrition/ co-founders.

1. Diet and Nutrition Consultations (Personalized)

• Conduct one-on-one online consultations to assess clients’ nutritional needs, medical history, and lifestyle habits, etc.
• Design and implement personalized diet plans tailored to individual health goals, such as weight loss, weight maintenance, PCOS/PCOD, healthy lifestyle
• Provide weight management counselling using evidence-based strategies and follow-up support
• Educate clients on healthy eating habits, food choices, foods swaps and sustainable lifestyle changes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in nutrition and dietary trend
• Help build an AI tool for nutrition consultation with an expert tech partner (who will be responsible for all technical aspects), this role to provide the right Q&As, intelligence background, research etc. to strengthen the tool.
• Test & iterate on the tool for it’s accuracy & continuously keep updating the tool for improved customer satisfaction.

3. Help expand the affiliate channel amongst HCP community (Nutritionist & doctors)

• Enable online webinars with the help of wider nutrition team & support of our scientific council
• Have a clear monthly/quarterly plan of both online/offline events to participate in
• Regularly engage with affiliates to ensure threshold productivity of orders coming from them

4. Nutrition Science support for innovation & brand

• Develop nutrition education content for customers like weekly tips
• Based on bandwidth & interest – to also partner on providing science support on innovation projects

4.. Business Impact KPIs

• Nutrition consultation done in a month & repeat orders focus there
• Timely development & scale up of AI Nutrition consultation model
• No. of Customer Testimonials - Get customer testimonials (verified, with image/video) for Marketing
• Building awareness amongst affiliate & driving enrolment & productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in clinical nutrition, wellness coaching, client diet counselling or similar roles
• Strong understanding of dietary planning and weight management techniques
• Experience working in a wellness startup, health tech, or digital consultation environment
• Knowledge of fitness and exercise physiology
• Empathetic, client-focused, and result-oriented approach
• Language Proficiency: Must have good written and oral English & Hindi Language communication
• Ability to speak and communicate in 1 more regional languages will be added advantage (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc.)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, good academic performance
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Capable of working with Senior Leaders directly
