Job description

We are looking for a Wellness Consultant Dietician to conduct personalized video consultations and guide clients toward the most appropriate long-term health and wellness solution based on their individual needs.

The role combines clinical nutrition consultation, client education, and consultative sales and involves conducting structured consultations, understanding the client's health history, nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and relevant health markers, and translating these insights into clear, practical recommendations. The consultant will also work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition to the appropriate long-term care program when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video consultations with clients to understand their health concerns, goals, lifestyle, medical history, and previous attempts at improvement.
• Review and interpret relevant health information, blood reports, lifestyle data, nutrition patterns, and other assessment inputs within the scope of your professional qualification.
• Identify key lifestyle, nutrition, and behavioral factors that may be contributing to the client's current health concerns.
• Communicate findings clearly and help clients understand their health risks, areas of improvement, and key priorities without using unnecessary medical jargon.
• Educate clients about the importance of long-term lifestyle intervention and consistent professional support where their assessment indicates a need for ongoing intervention.
• Provide personalized, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations appropriate to the client's individual needs and professional scope.
• Draft and explain the health report, findings, and recommended roadmap ahead, ensuring that the client understands the rationale behind the recommendations.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes, client information, recommendations, and follow-up requirements while collaborating with internal teams.

Job Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, dietetics, wellness consulting, health coaching, or a related field; experience conducting client consultations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, metabolic health, and common lifestyle-related conditions.
• Strong ability to assess client information and translate complex health and nutrition concepts into simple, practical, and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport during video consultations.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, client education, and program recommendation skills, with the ability to identify genuine client needs and recommend appropriate paid interventions without aggressive selling.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward consultation quality, program conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
• Evidence-based and ethical approach to nutrition and wellness, with a clear understanding of professional scope of practice and when medical referral is required.
• Comfortable using video consultation platforms, CRM/client management systems, digital health reports, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
