Job summary

Fortis Gurugram is seeking a nursing administrator to oversee admission and discharge reporting, ensure efficient unit administration, supervise nursing care activities, and lead ongoing staff education.

This role involves inventory checks, evaluating staff performance, coordinating with maintenance, assisting physicians in clinical management, and updating dashboards and nursing OS.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for submission of daily reports from the department, regarding patient's admission & discharge procedures and any incidental report to the HOD.
• Responsible for planning for effective administration within the unit.
• General supervision of nursing care activities and education of nursing staff.
• Responsible for checking out the inventories of nursing units.
• Responsible for evaluation of nursing staff performance.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team for early redressal of any maintenance & equipment related matters.
• Responsible for carrying out additional responsibilities in case of emergency or need.
• Supporting the physicians in their routine clinical management and procedures.
• Updating clinical scorecard, nursing dashboards and Nursing operating system.
