Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to grow and deepen the bank's NRI client base. You will source new NRI customers, open accounts, handle KYC and FEMA queries, and ensure smooth service delivery.

You will drive CASA and NRI deposits while cross-selling wealth, mutual funds, insurance, remittances, loans, and other banking products, coordinating with internal teams to hit monthly targets and ensure RBI/KYC policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new NRI customers through leads, referrals, and self-sourcing.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers.
• Drive CASA, Fixed Deposits, and NRI deposit mobilization.
• Cross-sell wealth, mutual funds, insurance, forex, remittances, loans, and other banking products.
• Handle NRI account opening, KYC, FEMA-related queries, and service requirements.
• Achieve monthly targets for liabilities, investments, fee income, and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, KYC, AML, and bank policies.
