Job summary

V Konnect in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and deepen relationships with NRI customers and portfolios, and to acquire new NRI clients through referrals, leads and market sourcing.

You will handle NRE/NRO Savings and Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, remittances, forex and investments; and drive cross-sell of mutual funds, insurance, loans, credit cards and other banking products while ensuring KYC/AML compliance and timely coordination with operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with NRI customers and assigned NRI portfolio.
• Acquire new NRI customers through references, leads, existing relationships and market sourcing.
• Handle products such as NRE/NRO Savings & Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Remittances, Forex and investments.
• Generate business through cross-selling of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, Investments and other banking products.
• Achieve assigned CASA, AUM, revenue, acquisition and cross-sell targets.
• Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable banking/investment solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, KYC, remittances, service requests and documentation.
• Maintain regular contact with customers through calls, meetings and digital channels.
• Build relationships with NRI customers, NRI families and referral networks.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, FEMA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance, customer engagement and revenue generation.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with operations/service teams for timely resolution.
