Role Description The NPWT Clinical Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for assessing patients with complex and non-healing wounds, implementing NPWT and advanced dressing protocols, and monitoring clinical progress. The nurse will perform NPWT device setup, dressing application and changes, infection prevention practices, and documentation of wound assessments and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers on wound care procedures, and providing training and support to facility staff on NPWT best practices. The NPWT Clinical Nurse will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, adherence to clinical guidelines, and optimization of wound care workflows.
