Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Extrusion profile feasibility and create counter drawings in the Aluminum extrusion plant.

• To build the right strategy for the feasibility study as business starts from the project stage.

• Ensure optimal tooling and development budgets.

Customer / External Orientation

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the die shop, extrusion team, and external customers to provide solutions and feasibility.

• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile Feasibility and Counter Drawings:

• Good experience in aluminium profile feasibility, counter drawing preparation, customer-specific requirements, and feasibility of press size, die size, and related requirements.

Die & Profile Inspection:

• Good experience in die inspection as per design and profile inspection as per counter drawings.

Trial Coordination and Communication

• Good interdepartmental coordination for trials and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Quality:

• Good experience in quality control at source with strong control over die inspection, data-based correction, die assembly, process monitoring, and customer complaints.
