Job summary

Sipra Engineers in India is seeking a New Product Development Manager to lead customer-specific NPD for aluminum pressure die casting. You will coordinate with Marketing, Toolroom, Machining and Coating to assess feasibility and drive product launches.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/automobile engineering degree and around 10 years of NPD experience in a die casting environment, with exposure to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 10 years’ exp. as NPD Engineer / NPD Design Engineer / NPD Manager in a Die Casting Company.
• Experience in customer-specific New Product Development for aluminum pressure die casting with feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-wise New Product development for aluminum pressure die casting.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Toolroom, Machining and Coating to ensure feasible production plans.
