Job summary

Injectoplast in Kanpur, India seeks an experienced NPD/Customer Quality specialist for automotive plastic parts manufacturing. You will drive quality activities from development to SOP, review customer drawings and specifications, and prepare APQP and PPAP submissions.

The role requires 13 years of NPD/Customer Quality experience, strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and hands-on use of Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and profile projectors.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in NPD/Customer Quality in an automotive plastic parts manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, and VMM.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support NPD quality activities from development to SOP.

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
• Support internal and customer audits.
