Job summary

Stork Rubber Products in India is seeking an NPD Engineer to lead new product development and ensure compliance with IATF audit requirements. You will maintain APQP documentation and coordinate with the process Quality team to drive successful product launches.

Proficiency in PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, PFD, MSA and SPC is required, along with ECN and ECR process knowledge for effective change management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of APQP and IATF audit requirements.
• Experience with core quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, PFD, MSA, SPC).
• Understanding ECN/ECR processes for product changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare APQP documentation per customer/IATF needs.
• Coordinate with process Quality team for implementation and ECN/ECR handling.

One area that could be improved is communication between department,as delay in sharing information sometimes active work flow there were also times when production demands created a fast paced environment with limited flexibility over all these challenges where manageable but improving communication planning and resource allocation could make the workplace iven more efficient
