MetaMorph is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our Mumbai-based Non-Tech Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years in recruitment, with strong sourcing, engagement, and selection skills, and leadership potential to mentor a team.

This role focuses on CXO and senior-level mandates within startup environments. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and tracking recruitment

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, demonstrate a strong understanding of sourcing, engagement, and selection strategies, and have the leadership potential to manage and grow a team. This role will be instrumental in CXO and leadership hiring, focusing on senior mandate closures, and requires prior experience working within the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for non-technical roles, utilising networking and market research.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to leadership and identifying areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
• Working on Lateral and Leadership Positions: Specifically focusing on CXO and other senior-level mandate closures across non-tech functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Psychology, HR, or related areas preferred).
• Experience: 3-6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-technical roles. Must have prior experience with CXO and leadership hiring, and a proven track record of senior mandate closures within a startup environment.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead a team.
• Sourcing Expertise: Proven success in utilising sourcing techniques, including networking and market research.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track and analyse recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Process Improvement Mindset: A passion for continuously improving recruitment processes and efficiency.
