Job description

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Associate to join MetaMorph in Byculla, South Bombay (Mumbai).

This isn't a role where your job is to pick up JDs, search LinkedIn, send 200 InMails and hope for the best.

We’re looking for people who know how to hunt.

People who understand that finding exceptional talent in 2026 requires much more than keyword matching.

You might be our person if you:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from an executive search, staffing, talent consulting or an agency environment.
• Have spent meaningful time in the startup ecosystem and understand how startups actually hire, grow and operate.
• Know tech hiring end-to-end and ideally have a strong understanding of AI, engineering and emerging tech talent.
• Know where great talent hides and have figured out ways to reach them that don't involve simply waiting for LinkedIn to cough up a profile.
• Can run a search from understanding the problem → building the talent strategy → sourcing → assessing → stakeholder management → closing.
• Have worked with demanding clients and senior stakeholders and know how to balance speed, quality and expectations without losing your mind.
• Are insanely coachable, curious and hungry to get better. You don't need to know everything. You do need to want to learn everything.
• Have strong market intelligence you know who's building what, which companies are hiring whom, where talent is moving and what makes one candidate say yes while another says no.
• Are comfortable experimenting with AI, data, networks, communities, referrals, research, unconventional sourcing channels and whatever else gets the job done.

And most importantly:

You care deeply about being bloody good at this craft.
