Leads new part development activities from concept to SOP, driving APQP, tooling development, PPAP approval, process validation, and launch readiness. Collaborates with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and suppliers to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and localization targets while ensuring successful product launches and sustainable supplier performance.
