Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering, and Corporate Functions at Thane, Mumbai. You will collaborate with Client HR and Hiring Managers, cascade requirements to the backend delivery team, and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.

The role requires 4–8 years in recruitment/coordination, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with RPO coordination.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in recruitment/co-ordination (non-IT).
• Strong experience in non-IT recruitment, Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering, and Corporate Functions.
• Experience in RPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment roles.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management.
• Experience in requirement gathering and cascading requirements to the backend delivery team.
• Good knowledge of data management, MIS, recruitment reports, and recruitment tracking.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred.
• Should be comfortable working 5 days WFO at the client location in Thane, Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Client HR team and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and cascade them to the backend delivery SPOC for smooth execution.
• Manage RPO coordination activities, including requirement gathering, candidate tracking, follow-ups, and recruitment delivery.
• Handle Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering, and Corporate Functions.
• Coordinate with the backend delivery team to ensure timely execution and closure of requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective coordination, regular communication, and timely resolution of concerns.
• Participate actively in weekly review calls with the backend delivery SPOC and Account Head, and monitor progress to avoid any deviations or escalations.
• Manage escalations proactively by identifying issues and providing timely solutions to client concerns

PRE-REQUISITES
