Qualifications

• Experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across technical engineering, manufacturing operations, skilled trades, maintenance, and construction positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction positions.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify the right candidate profiles based on client expectations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening covering technical experience, certifications, location, compensation, availability, and job requirements.
• Develop strong candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Submit qualified candidates within required turnaround times.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, joining confirmation, and onboarding follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand priorities and hiring challenges.
• Handle multiple client requirements and high-volume recruitment when required.
• Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, offer, and placement targets.
