Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, references, WhatsApp groups, and databases.
• Handle bulk hiring for Non-IT roles.
• Conduct telephonic screening and explain JD clearly.
• Check candidate fitment: experience, salary, location, communication, documents, and interest.
• Submit quality profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain daily tracker and update candidate status properly.
