Job summary

Opsis Consulting India is seeking an IT Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our Bengaluru office. Immediate joiners preferred. You will develop JDs, post job openings, and manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and closing candidates.

The role requires at least 2 years of non-IT recruiting experience, familiarity with portals like LinkedIn and Naukri, and strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates. Office-based role with immediate requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in non IT recruitment.
• Experience in working on job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Develop the JD and job postings.
• Sourcing, screening, shortlisting and closing.
• End-to-end recruitment process management.
• Good communication skills.
• Immediate joiners or 15 days preferred.
